Beware of hoaxes when working online

Still looking for a business you would really love? There's always a catch you should know: opportunity comes if you give it a chance. We have exactely what you need

Beware of Hoaxes

I say very often that the Internet today is like America was over 200 years ago : Nothing but Opportunity. But Opportunities now come in so many forms that they may be very difficult to evaluate on the on the spot.

I neither intent to present you a list with the coolest opportunities, neither ask you to join me in a profitable online business. On the contrary, I want to ask you for more caution because, sometimes, behind the most profitable business a big hoax is on the watch.

Moreover, I am going to write down a short guideline to help you to avoid loosing your money.

1. Do not pay attention to someone who is offering $1,000,000 for doing nothing or almost nothing. Why don't they send this amazing offer to their children, relatives, friends ? Don't those people need millions for free ?

2. Beware of people asking for help to transfer millions of dollars from their country to your. If they want to cheat their country, why they shouldn't cheat you ?

3. Don't think you're a lottery winner overnight. Before to send your prize they will ask some money from you.

4. Avoid people that promise consumers or investors large profits based primarily on recruiting others to join their program, not based on profits from any real investment or real sale of goods to the public.

5. Beware of any offer that includes commission for recruiting additional distributors. It may be an illegal pyramid.

6. Use your own judgment and caution when applying to any plan that asks new distributors to purchase expensive products and marketing materials. These opportunities may be pyramids in disguise.

7. Be cautious of offers that claim you will make money through continued growth of people recruited in your downline. Inspite of the fact they are very seductive, this is a way to hide a pyramid structure where only the top positions ( owner and his people ) are making money and the rest are just paying a fee.

A few words more before to close this article.
Do not confuse pyramid schemes with multilevel marketing (MLM). In contrast with pyramid schemes, MLM plan has a real product to sell. Of course, MLM's may pay commissions to a long string of distributors, but these commissions are paid for real retail sales, not for new recruits.
